Sir, i have bought a hero honda hunk from my nearest showroom on first of april,but i m finding difficulties.?

my problems are.self start and engine burns out a lot of oil......and on 21 i met with an accident in azaadpur ring road.,,,because of im not able to put the gears .what should i do plz suggest me...
