Why Sequential CNG kit is successful and preferred in K-Series Engine(Wagon R etc)?

How it is better then regular CNG kit of Rs. 22000,What would be life of the Car, How much it would cost and how to justify the original parts of the kit as mostly in Delhi u get duplicate parts even in big showroom.
