Uncharted 3 Beta rewards?

It says that if you complete 10 matches of every competitive mode, you get Beta Decal Pack 1, complete 5 matches of every co-op mode to get Beta Decal Pack 2, and if you complete 4 treasure sets, you get the Treasure Hunter's Starter Pack. It also says that if you download the beta, you get a PSN avatar but i cant find it. Does anyone know what those packs really are, how to get the beta avatar, and how to get the packs once you complete the matches and treasure sets?
