Can you use motor trader insurance with a moped?

im 16 and am doing my cbt TRAINING COURSE! in a week will i be able to insure my moped with my dads motor trader assistance he has a car showroom www.ygmotors.co.uk will i be able to be on his insurance with a provisional license and a cbt certificate
