Painting a car with Duplicolor Paint?

Is the Duplicolor Paint Shop brand a descent quality paint to use on a car. I am not trying to get a showroom result but would like something good enough to not be embarrassed by it. I plan to use the primer, blue base coat, special effects mid-coat, and a clear coat.
